You must notify 002pub customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 002pub accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
All activities conducted through your 002pub account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — are considered to have been made by you. You are responsible for all account activity whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge or consent, except in cases where 002pub is found to have been negligent in its own security obligations.
002pub accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. No other payment methods are currently accepted. 002pub does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed during the deposit flow within your account dashboard.
- Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 002pub wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard banking hours. Evening and weekend transfers may be subject to delays based on the individual bank's processing schedule.
- Deposit Fees: 002pub does not charge any fees for deposits. Standard transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider may apply and are the sole responsibility of the player.
- Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be funded from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of third-party funding will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: 002pub is required by law to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions. Unusual or suspicious deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for additional documentation about the source of funds.

- Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals may be subject to restrictions if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met. Players should review active bonus terms before submitting a withdrawal request.
Withdrawal Review Process
002pub reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. During such a review, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending status. 002pub will notify the player via their registered email address if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal reviews will be completed within 24 hours in standard cases.

- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus — unused bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Sabong and bingo may have specific contribution rates detailed in the applicable promotion.
- Bonus Abuse: 002pub employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting requirements, and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus-derived winnings are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap is stated in the terms of each promotion and varies by bonus type.
- 002pub's Right to Modify Promotions: 002pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Promotions are intended for personal entertainment and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account balance, the player must contact 002pub customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. 002pub will investigate all disputes and provide a written response within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the player and 002pub, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the operator's licensing conditions.
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 002pub platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
- Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, or device
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
- Using another person's identity, payment account, or funds to register or transact on 002pub
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions through a bank or e-wallet provider
- Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or game glitches for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
- Engaging in money laundering or using 002pub for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity
- Accessing or attempting to access the 002pub platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 002pub support staff or other players in any way
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 002pub platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other players
All content available on the 002pub platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, trademarks, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 002pub or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 002pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any 002pub content without the prior written consent of 002pub.

By registering an account with 002pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your identity documents submitted for KYC verification, transaction records required for AMLA compliance, and gameplay data used to detect fraud and ensure platform integrity.
002pub implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, secure and isolated database storage, and role-based access controls for internal staff.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 002pub's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the 002pub platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
002pub shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how they arise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
- Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power failures, or events beyond 002pub's reasonable control (force majeure)
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
- Technical malfunctions in third-party game software, payment gateways, or telecommunications networks
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by banks or e-wallet providers
- Any decision, action, or omission by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities affecting the platform's operation
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 002pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
002pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
- Instruction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or other relevant regulatory authority
- Activation of a voluntary self-exclusion request by the player
- Extended period of account inactivity as defined by 002pub's dormancy policy
Players may also voluntarily close their 002pub account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.
In cases where account closure is initiated by 002pub due to a breach of these Terms, 002pub reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account if those balances are found to be derived from fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

002pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 002pub will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
